MEal Replacement Powder for College Student

Hi

I am 19 years ,
6ft 4
178 pounds
pretty lanky think fellow
very weak chest , but strong legs i think thats where my weight is!!!

anyways being in college i avergae only 2-3 meals a day , only once a while u can get in like 5 and somedays u go with 1.

So in this situation is it adivseabel for me to get a Meal Replacement Powder like N Large 2 by Prolabs .

Will it help me buidl mass, cuase after 5 weeks of workout 3 days a week , i have gone up lifting more wiehgts but like not evern a 1% improvement in my body , infact sometimes i feel its gone worse.

So any advise would be helpful

You need to feed man ! Yes go with a meal replacement if you cannot eat at the time . Don't make it your main source of nutrients but it can make up for lost meals and something is always better than nothing . Sick with it and you will see results . Ask questions , research and don't give up .
 
NL2 is a weight gain NOT mrp!

I think you need to prepare the food before you go to school, then ad a mrp or two...but don`t rely on just them and eat just a meal or two a day!!
 
All the workouts you're getting in will be wasted time w/o decent fuel.College is tough @ times & all the extra curricular activities make it harder to eat right.MRP's make it easier & as long as you have a shaker bottle & some water you're good to go.Personally I've gotten my best results from the MetRx line.Like the others have said,don't try to live on them.About 3 a day will suffice,but real food is always best.
 
I started out with MetRx MRP then swithced to EAS MRP due to the taste.
 
CALORIES!!!! eat as much food as you possibly can as often as you possibly can
