I am going to drastically increase my milk/egg intake very soon. I plan to drink about 6-7 cups of milk per day. I have in the past responded very well to milk/egg proteins to diet and gain muscle. I intend on making them a staple in my diet to get in my calories and protein. I will likely have only 1 whole egg per day, and I plan to drink whole milk.
Milk is easy protein, and contrary to what others are saying you can drink alot of it and still stay with a low body fat %. I drink about 3-4 glasses a day and im around 8-10% bf. (I use vitamin D whole milk)
i try to avoid eating things you can develop an allergy to![]()

what are you referring to? You can develop an allergy to nearly any food.
I was just referring to amounts of estrogen relative to a unit of volume/weight. And, I would argue that a vegetarian who derives their protein from one source is not a healthy vegetarian. Kinda like the vegetarian who lives off of cheese pizza, soda, candy and french fries and thinks they are healthy.
But, there are a lot of people who eat of lot of nuts, and drink beer and have no idea of the amounts of estrogen in them (which I don't think is an issue at all), and then won't touch soy milk cause it has estrogen in it. Unless you are eating shit loads of these products, it's nothing to worry about.
right, the word was "try" however, my body has shown a propensity for developing allergies to eggs and dairy (egg allergy of course being a temporary condition)
Well, the phytoestrogens, for the most part, aren't 'strong' estrogens anyway... so they may displace estrogen at the receptor, or bind to the estrogen receptor, but they dont, for the most part, ellicit any great response.... That being said, I wouldn't intentionally consume tons of phytoestrogens, but If there is some amount of them in something I want to eat, it isn't going to keep me from eating it either.... I can't, off the top of my head, think of any phytoestrogens that are anywhere near as strong as estradiol(though there may be one that is not coming to mind)... so, at worst, you are getting one(phytoestrogen) attached at an e2 receptor, and elliciting a very weak response.... if you take nolva, you don't have anything to worry about there anyway...
So why, again, are you guys so into milk?
You should look up foods that actually contain phytoestrogens, it's nearly impossible to avoid. For some reason, anti soy macho men think that only soy has phytoestrogens.
^^ This, and all the other USDA bullshit!!! That is part of why america is fat(because if you follow usda RDA of macro's, you will end up fat!), the rest of the reason is cause they eat like shit(even shittier than the USDA advises), and they are lazy!because the usda has been incredibly effective at convincing the public that we must drink milk to be healthy. Americans are fully indoctrinated by meat and dairy nonsense.

Interesting. I think I have a bit of sensitivity to dairy, but usually only when I eat large amounts.

I worked for a program that helped kids from poor families get into college and we were enrolled in the "USDA healthy foods program." Basically, if we got kids to put foods that they deemed healthy on their food trays, we got reimbursed for a portion of the cost of the meal. The foods that they required to be on the trays were meat and milk. No requirement for veges, fruits, whole grains etc. that was there "healthy foods program." They were actually just ensuring that the cafeteria sold a shitload of milk and meat. The kids didn't even have to eat it, they just had to put it on their tray.
yes, exactly! where in the fuck do these people get their thought process from.... oh yeah, there is no thought process going on in ANY politician's head... it's the 'ching ching' sound of a cash register is all they think about or hear!!!also steroids are illegal which is bullshit![]()
