I love milk. I used to drink about 5 gallons a week, and now I drink at least 7 gallons of skim milk. With every meal and in shakes, I just drink alot of it. Any drawbacks to this?

I think so, you probably dont have cancer type of answer I know but I only heard this two times, it happened with chicken and protein shake and their source of protein was mainly those foods. for most people i would agree, but not allLAM said:milk is high on the insulin index. even though it doesn't contain that many sugars it elicits a very high insulin response.
don't expect to stay lean drinking that much milk
