Is it ok to eat boiled chicken breast and olives (not too much salty) and rye bread all together?

I am trying to lose some fat so i was wondering if it's better that i eat separately/only the chicken breast for lunch or is it ok if i mix it with the olives and the bread.

Thanks!

It's fine to eat them all together, just make sure that you are within your daily macronutrient goals.

How do i know that i am within my daily macronutrient goals?
Is it something that i can calculate or what? Sorry but i am newbie in these nutrition things. Thanks

Ok i found my Macronutrient Goals.
It is 2666 calories per day to maintain my current weight (6'0, 209 pounds, 34 age) but i prefer to lose some fit which means that i should decrease this value to something like 2100-2200 calories?
Do i get this properly?

Did you obtain this value from a formula? You would benefit by finding your true maintenance calories by tracking your intake for a week or so, and then checking for any weight change.

If 2600 is ultimately you maintenance, then yes, approximately 2100 total calories would be a good figure to shoot for in order to cut.

Just a note: Within those 2100 calories, you want to make sure that you are taking in adequate protein (about 1g/lb lbm) and adequate total fat intake (about 0.5g/lb lbm).

There are many times that i skip decent carbs for lunch because id rather have a feeling dinner. If you need some recipes let me know. I think i have chicken breast down pretty well.

Yeah i definitely need some .. currently i am eating only boiled one.
I eat also cornflakes, eggs, olives and few more. So please advice what else i can combine in the meals. Thanks

Oh man, i totally forgot that you are in Europe. For whatever reason Boiling is very high on your list of cooking foods(sorry if im stereotyping, this is from experience of lots of European foods). Use different herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage, and acids such as lemon, lime. Mix and match, find something different. ALWAYS use salt and pepper(preferably kosher salt and crushed black pepper) as well as olive oil for pan searing. So many different things to do. When i get out of class tonight, ill give you a few recipes that i enjoy.
