Hey all...
It's been over a year since I've lifted and I wanted to start up again this coming Monday. Instead of working out in the late evening after work, I decided to do my workout at around 4:00 - 4:30 am to avoid the crowd.
Is there anything specific I should eat in the morning prior to lifting? I would feel better with a meal to prevent me from getting dizzy and passing out rather than just a shake.
I plan to workout Mon, Wed, and Fri doing weights, and Tue, Th, Sat with cardio, all in the AM. I'm currently 5'10" and weigh 170lbs. My body fat is around 14% since last getting checked a month about by a trainer. My goal is to mainly lean out at this point and lose body fat.
Any advice?
