True, I should have left out bench....I will replace it with cleansshiznit2169 said:2 for 3
Bench is still considered overrated .. i would replace it with OH Press
LexusGS said:from my experience, i never seen one person do a deadlift in my gym this whole year. Not fuckin one guy. Squats come next from what i been through. We have 2 or 3 guys out of 35 who do squats, and even those do a half assed job.
im in my gym in school. But I haven't seen anybody do em in the Y either. Not 1. I know it's hard to believe but thats the case.Seanp156 said:Damn, not one? What gym do you go to?

Trouble said:Sorry, I don't see large group foundational movements like Deads and Squats being much underrated, Foreman.
CowPimp said:Depends on the audience you are talking about. When it comes to your average gym goer, I think they are underrated. When it comes to the posters on these here forums, then they generally aren't.

Any type of Lunge / High box DB step ups
One legged squats
Standing overhead BB presses
Behind yor head/neck Pull ups
Handstand pushups
sounds like they know what they're doing.JordanMang said:Well, I train in my Highschools weightroom so I see most guys doing deadlifts, squats, bench, incline, dumbell presses, pullups, lunges, step-ups, pushups, situps, dips(weighted and non), leg curls & extensions, power cleans, and C&J's, curls, abs, hyperextensions. That's about all I see. Not much cable work ( we're to small and poor to avord cable machines ).
