Crunches
Pushups
Pullups

Basically the non-weight resistant excercizes

no crunches are over rated ppl do many crunches while u only need a few sets each week also puch ups are not a bodybilding movement at all exept for inclined for shoulders if u put ur legs on the wall because u already push much more weight on the bench press.....although it may be good if u r just new to body building u could use push ups to be ready for heavy weights...........but i agree with pull ups ...because even when u r a pro bb ur weight will be heavier and u could add some weight and the pull ups is enough to develop most of ur back.......

Squats
Standing Barbell Military Press
T-Bar Rows

Id go for lunges, wouldnt do them at first because i thought they were for girls, but soon found out the truth.

Rows, snatch, and dead lift. If i can keep going calf raises... i don't see anyone doing these in my gym or very rarely on these forums. Don't get me wrong they aren't extremely important compound exercises but i feel squats just don't give them the workout needed. Oh and dips

Deadlifts is by far the most underated! You see far to many programs that dont include them for the simple fact that it is one of the most painful lifts to do!

#1 rule is ignore all IRON MANS advice.

2 exercises underrated (or maybe just unknown):

1)Hise shrugs
2)Bent over (rowing position) shrugs.

do the bent over shrugs work better than regular shrugs?? and that is with DB's right?

Bent over shrugs are just scapular retraction; it primarily works the the middle/lower traps and rhomboids. The lats also assist in this action to some degree.
