Heys guys whats good with every one just thought i would let youse know were im at with my diet please let me know what youse think good or bad any pointers or tips on how i can improve it.

Im 5,7 maybe 8ish? :winkfinger: been training 2 years im 22 and weigh 77 kilos!

Here goes..

breakfast im getting roughly 1066 cal

then lunch ill have 2 chicken breast that is 450cal

then usually a steak not sure of cal on the steak

then ill eat what ever is going for dinner its always good food i couldnt tell you the cal on that one as it changes day to day

then ill hit gym come back have a shake double scoop thats 400 cal and il throw a banana in for the carbs

then another steak

then a night timi will have low fat yoghurt with cottage cheese roughly 350 cal

Then a shake before bed.

Thats 2660 cal roughly not including the cals on the 2 steaks or my dinner so easy 3000 a day id say more like 3500 a day!

So what do youse think to this any things i could maybe adjust i was thinking about throwing in a gallon a milk a day becasue i dont think i drink enough!

You want feedback on what - your calories? Your meal timing?

You haven't told us if you're gaining or losing, you haven't told us your goals and nobody here can guess at either. You also don't really know how much you're eating - the calorie range you offered is pretty broad.

You weigh 170 lbs and probably require about 2600 calories to maintain your weight. To bulk, eat more. To cut, eat less. Adjust your intake up or down accordingly.

Oh sorry, least i got sum sorta reply hehe, well im not trying to cut i want to keep growing so yeah im gaining, my goal? i wanna break the 200lb mark but still keep my body fat low im nt sure what it is but i jus know its low at the min! as far as dont really know how much im eating its pretty clear im getting at least 3000cal a day i just dont know the cal on the steaks im eating as there from a market and dont have nutrional info on them (taste nice tho) as far as timing, meals are placed roughly 3 hours apart give or take bear in mind i work 8 hours a day heavy manual labour.. i just wanted to know what people thought of the diet itself in generall.. i dunno incase i was maybe missing some certain foods... thanks for reply tho! :winkfinger:

Are you gaining?

Bro you need to eat at least 200-250g of protein.. Also u have no greens or veggies which are important for minerals and vitamins it will also help with absorption of chemical reaction in the body as well as amino acids which are proteins to build lean muscle... You need to keep food log for at least a day I would do a week so u can see the amount of proteins, carbs, and fat... Other wise I'd say from what you told us ur definitely not eating enough protein... Protein is the answer and make sure it's lean... U will see weight increase and workouts will be more intense if u have the fuel....

Im getting 250 grams of protein alone just through shakes chicken breast and eggs, thats not including the protein from my steaks as i dont know how much is in them but its usually pretty high then i would have cottage cheese or baked potatoe with tuna and cheese at night im getting my protein in man thats the basic stuff!as far as greens go i dont eat as much as i should but i do like most veggies! and will get them in when i can but can get the vits and mins in through a good multi vit

You sound like you're getting plenty of protein, jimm - from here it's just calories. And the meat need not be lean. Saturated animal fat supports testosterone production.
