Really curious....
For those of you who aren't "genetically superior" and can add 15-20 lbs w/ only adding a few lbs of bodyfat, do you ever mentally struggle w/ bulking? Or is is absolute in your mind and you just deal with what you put on to reap the benefits down the line? I'm 5'2 and 160 lbs right now....and I love the getting "big" part. More strength, cloths get tighter, people start turning heads a bit more.....but whatever fat I seem to gain, goes straight to the love handles. Always did, and probably always will
My bulks are clean, calories upped, meals tracked, eating every 3 hours starting at 4am, pre/pwo, and I try to take advantage of every time window possible. Luckily my job allows me to eat every few hours on the hour, so I eat at the exact same times everyday. All slow "good" carbs, clean protein, and good fats. But my abs always leave as fast as they came haha. Does anyone else ever get a bit of a mind fuck when bulking? And if so....how do you deal w/ it? I realize most of the people here are the get big and then get bigger types. But not all are only 5'2
My shit compresses down since i'm so short
I would really like to hit a solid 180 in the next year and a half - 2 years and then chop down to 165-170.....but the way up is sometimes just as painful as the way down, for different reason
Discuss?
