Hi.
I have a few questions regarding my physique. (I'm sorry that I ask the three most common questions on this forum)
-If you where to take a guess at my bodyfat%, where would you put me?
-I do think I have somewhat puffy nipples, do any of you think I have a little gyno? (Have a small lump behind one nipple, I know that is a sign. But I don't care about a lump, I care about how it actually looks

-If you were me, would you start your summercut now, or wait a month or two?

I do also have a feeling that when some people post their pictures, the pictures tend to "lie" (pump, flexing, holding in stomach, light/shades etc). With my picture that is not the case, and is taken in the middle of the day, and not right after a workout or something like that. I have not pinched my nipples to make them look tighter either, as many actually do, haha. Some tanning wouldn't hurt though...

There's nothing to cut. I'd get in the gym and do more work. Eat double the calories and put some muscle on. Honestly cutting would make you look like a marathon runner and I doubt that's your goal. Your at 10-11%right now. Without knowing your height or weight.
 
Maybe a recomp cycle is the way to go if you're looking to gain a little muscle while dropping a little fat. My last bulking cycle (and 1st cycle overall) wound up being an accidental recomp due to not eating enough, so it's easy enough to achieve.

Thank you for the honest replies, appreciate it! I'll follow your advice and eat above maintenance. I'll start out at 3200-3300 and work my way up or down. I'm 5'11" (180 cm), 167.5 lbs (76 kg), by the way.
When I said start summer-cut I meant dialing in diet and training. Have alot of work to do before looking into anabolic steroids.

that was sort of where I was going with my post...
By looking at where you are at (which is where alot of people strive to be)
I would think you just need to get comfortable eating above maintance.
Once you can comfortably put down 3500+ clean calories per day all you will need to do is dial in your training and the mass will come! Without excess calories you will gain nothing.
You are already half way there (low bodyfat) all you need to do is the fun part, eat your ass off!!
