To much for what? put on muscle? if so, then yes. It's total overkill bro. And whats with the abs?

nice..good job being able to rest that much...a lot of people cant do it even though it is most likely better for them...me being one of them.

You guys do chat shit...You honestly think its a shit split for cutting? Cardio on lifting days is to much in one day.
 
Done...yh that's what I'm worried about, How about cutting cardio down to 1 day a week and see how that goes as I don't want to lose weight to quickly to help keep muscle mass

i see..thats fine...even 0 cardio, honestly is fine... i dropped carbs almost in half, and like 15lbs in 2 months...now at like 10%bdft from 15-16%
 
Yh I've been following your new journal...I'm natty so muscle loss is a worry!
 
i cut naturally...been clean for about a month...and for months before that, i was just on 250mgs test/ew which was nothing...my last pic is with no gear.......

Good stuff, I'm trying to get down to around 180lbs and at least 10% bf, Ive just started a journal..please follow and throw out your opinions to help me achieve this goal!

Doing biceps on Monday will screw you for back lifts on Tuesday. You might want to flip that. If it were me training natural I would keep two days at minimum where I just rest, no cardio, no abs. You will likely overtrain on this split.

I'm going to change bis with back and only have 1 day cardio...weekends resting
