Name a Food in nature that is....

Let me be devil's advocate and ask if Milk is really a food.... for someone that is not a child/infant/calf. I mean we don't eat our own milk at age 30. I often like to wax poetical, that we are the only species that makes it an acceptable habit to suck from the tit of another species well into our adult years...

Devil's advocate.... I love milk and dairy.

Thats pretty funny, right from the cow! lol

I am agree that Milk is good for high fat and high sugar. But many people like to drink fat free pasteurized milk, and you are asking about high fat. High fat milk is not suitable for children and not for old senior citizens because in both ages body don't digest that fat completely. For youngsters high fat milk is good for good body growth.

^ No sweetheart, naturally occuring = found in nature as is. Not from the supermarket.

So i guess its just whole milk. (if you want to consider it a food, some of you do not)

Coconut (non processed) doesnt seem to have a very high sugar content.

I checked guacamole, very little sugar content.

I was NOT going to get in on this discussion but now I cannot contain myself. When, at any point, did it become ok for the milk of a one species become acceptable for another? Cows milk is not good for us at any point. Breast milk is acceptable but nothing else.

Again, not intending to get into this but....
the only thing that makes milk remotely good for us are the vitamins ADDED to it to make it that way. Otherwise, cows milk is not even close to being good a human body. Cows milk lacks the anti-bodies that breast milk does. The only time that I can ever recall being told milk was good for us when the dairy associations advertisements or the Fed telling us that it was ok. And THAT was because the dairy farmers told THEM. There is nothing in milk that we cannot get from other sources.

Do not misunderstand, I love my dairy products but I also know that they are bad for us.
