any body here knows anything about neck injuries,, what's their dangerous causes and how could they be treated,, after doing shoulder seated military presses last week i feel some pain on the back of my neck,,, what shall i do

See your doctor please. Its probably a strain injury, but necks are delicate and left untreated, may cause other problems (pinched nerves, in the case of spinal complications).

thnx i'll rest 2 days if the pain remains i'll have to see my doctor..
