i decided to forgo my 2nd week of high rep training after 3/4 a week off and 1 week high reps (prob was really stupid but i did think it through a bit)
went back to my med reps today (10-8-6) for chest and biceps and even had a nice increase in my lifts (well for chest anyway biceps coulda been better
)
bench press was 110, 121, and 135 respectively
only got 5 reps @ 135 but i was happy, almost did a jig across the gym.. well ok i did little bit
