my chest is weak as fuck and I NEED to improve it. every thing else is strong except my chest. lol dont start rofl when i tell you this next part
im 168 lbs / 5'10 or 5'11/ 17 and i can only bench press on incline the bar (45 lbs) and 2x 35's for a total of ( 115 lbs incline bench press ) yes i know that is weak i can do it about 5-8x. i really need to build my chest its the weakest thing on me. i can curl 35's without no prob, do 150lbs using the rope to work abs, over 110 lbs on the crunch machine, lift 300lbs+ on legs, just my chest is WEAK!
i eat good food such as: chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, tuna, salmon, wheat bread with oatmeal, and other good foods.
i also take no explode, cell mass, and aex
