Guys...i work out with lacto-ovo vegan...around 170 lbs...he is consuming 100gms or so in protein shakes and the rest from eggs, milk, cottage-cheese, lentals, rice and other veggi thingies...i asked him to consume more eggs like in the morning and around supper instead of soo much protein shakes...is his protein powder gms ok, less or more?
Wat do u guys think? F$%K he benchpreses the same lbs as me...donno wheres the strenght coming from.
