Need Advice on My Muscle building and Fat loss diet!!

Hey..

Need some advice on my diet to build muscle and lose extra fat..

Currently I am 84kg, about 187lbs
5'10" tall

I am rather built already, but have some excess fat...

My goal is to lose as much extra fat as possible, while gaining some muscle

This is the diet I worked out for myself...

I'm low on cash at the moment as i'm emigrating, so i have to use what I can to make it work.


Mornings: +- 9am
-----------------

2x spoons herbal life meal replacement
3x scoops Evox Super Pure Protein with HGH
Selection of different multivitamins

Snack: +- 10 / 10:30am
-----------------------

1x Medium sized apple

Snack: +- 11:30am
--------------------------

1/2 Tin Tuna

Lunch: +- 1pm
--------------

1x Medium sized chicken breast

Snack: +- 2 / 2:30pm
---------------------

1x Medium sized banana

Snack: +- 3 / 3:30pm
---------------------

1/2 Tin tuna


Before Workout: 5pm
--------------------

4x heaped scoops Evox Super Pure Protein with HGH
2 x scoops Evox Fusion HMB
6x Tablets Muscletech Leukic Anabolic
2x Capsules Beta Ecdysterone 400mg

After workout:7pm
-------------------

4x heaped scoops Evox Super Pure Protein with HGH
2 x scoops Evox Fusion HMB

Meal: 8:30pm
-------------

1x Medium Sized chicken breast

Before bed:
-----------
1x Beta Ecdysterone 200mg

---------------------------------------------------------------

From what I worked out I should be getting around 2050 Calories in,
and around 165grams protein

Any advice is welcome

Off subject, but how does the beta ecdysterone work for you? Whats it meant to do?

As for your question, I can't really help as I'm no expert on diet, but you can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time. You can keep most muscle and lose fat, so I guess thats your goal. And a brief look, it seems to be spot on to me, but as i said i'm no expert.

Some of the other guys will be able to tell you more.

You're strapped for cash and you're buying all this overpriced crap?

Save your money. First up, HGH only works if you inject it. Anything that claims to be HGH but isn't injected and hundreds of dollars isn't HGH, it's just a ripoff.

You need food and iron to grow. You need iron and a little less food to cut.
