I put in good time at the gym, and give my body rest as well. I am consistently getting stronger, but I can't seem to develop a bicep peak, hell I would take a hill, but nothing at all. My arms are plenty big, but no definition in my bi's. Please help!!!

BF%?

Are you concentrating on squeezing and holding at the top of the rep? Lots of things can be the issue here.

Take a dumbbell and do an alternating curl, but at the top of the contraction rotate your wrist away from your body and squeeze your biceps. Really helped me with a peak!

BF%...no clue, never checked. My arms look awsome if I carry around 75lb dumbbells, so I know the shape is there.

I have tried concentration curls and squeezing at the top, tried suppination, tried hammer, heavy weight, light weight, you name it.

You could also throw in spider curls and one arm supination curls on the preacher bench. This was recommended to me by the man himself. Yeahhh budddy!

There are some excerises that you can do to help the peak, However some have it and some dont. My arms are good but I really dont have that ronnie like peak, I was blessed with sub par human genes. you could try some concentration curls or high cable curls. Anyways just plast the fuck outta them and they will grow

Try to keep the backs of your hands facing down when curling & squeezing your biceps. You'll feel the difference when you get it right. It will take stress off your forearms and add it to your biceps.

You can pack a lot of size on your arms, but the "peak" is genetic. You either have it or you don't.

Try doing 21's with a medium weight and a spotter. Let them rest for 3 days without using them for arms or back training. Slow negatives ! Benj is right on the peak, either you have it genetically or you don't. Not to say you can't work on it though! Good luck

Squeezing at the top of the movement and holding it(you`ll get a sharp burn at the peak if you do it right) and forced reps/negatives usually add to the peak.

Couldnt have said it better. Ive got the same thing. I have fairly big arms, about 18", but thats because my triceps are huge. My biceps dont really peak like id like them to

This quote says it all. I have the same problem. I have big arms, but only a slight peak. It is just how it is. Just remember, you usually cannot change the shape of your muscles because of your genetics. However, through hard and smart training, along with a lot of eating, you can indeed change the size of your muscles. Just keep training hard and good things will happen.
