I need some serious and critical diet advice, I want to be able to post my diet somewhere to have someone seriously critique it. I find nothing wrong with it, but I am so f*cken sick of my clothes getting tighter and tighter, and not making any gains as far as loosing bodyfat...someone out there that can help me please????

Do more Cardio, stick with low fat, low carbs high protein diet like chicken breast, tofu, tuna, egg whites. Get your Carb sources through fruits, and try to just eat fast food once a week, if not, stop eating it. Avoid candy, chips, chocolates, etc and you are on your way to lose some bodyfat

I posted this same thing on another board and they some how came up with low calories and high fat totals, but all these numbers are right off of the packages..
OK, I had a chance to get all of my totals off of my packages: here it is, cal:fat:carb

sorry, yes I am doing cardio, 5 days a week after I lift at night. I also take a multi-vitamin. I just started doing cardio 5 days a week, I used to only do it 2-3 days, I am trying to get to 35-45 minutes right now..

not to sure what endomorph means, I am
5'-5"
145-150lbs
26 years old
female
been lifitng for 5 months, thought I finally fine tuned my diet about 3-4 weeks ago, now I'm questioning it..thanks

ok, I looked it up, yes I am an endomorph body type...

I have been on this exact diet for 3-4 weeks, but before that I was on one very similar, just more fat for about 3 months. I haven't had any bodyfat loss as far as I am concerned, my pants are a little more snug than they used to be, I am getting very discouraged about all this crap.

3-4 weeks is not that long. How do you know you have not lost any bodyfat? Are you having it measured every month? Could it be that your pants are more snug due to muscle gain?

So, are you saying that this looks ok then? Do I need more vegies, for carbs? Should I substitute green vegies for the oats post workout? or should I keep it the same..thank you for replying to this

I would never say eat less veggies - especially the brocoli type stuff (spinach etc). Always eat MORE.

Also, I wouldn't go with the ww bread (if that means weight watchers) - they usually just make the pieces smaller so they can say they have less calories - I would eat a whole wheat bagel or something like that - but that's just me.

Looks ok to me - but Prince knows more than me.

ahhhhh....is that what the "ww" stands for?

I think those places are a scam. But, they can help educate you on good eating habits, such as smaller portions, etc.

But, ultimately I think they just want to keep you coming back to them to sell you expensive ww food that you could buy at any grocery store.

DERH - you have to excuse me, I've been on vacation for 2 weeks! And I've got my mom on the brain and she eats that crap!

If you can't run with the big dogs...don't get off the porch.

I would stick with your current diet a few of weeks longer, if you still don't have any noticeable fat loss, then look at changing it.

Your body is going to fight to keep the weight, it takes time for it to adjust. Especially, if you just recently started this program. If you are a true endomorph, fat loss is very difficult, and will take time. Be patient and stick with it!
