Im 6'2, 275lbs roughly 15% bf.. im trying to get to 10%
Im been lifting since 1999 but just got my diet squared away 3months ago
so far Im still the same!!
I workout 3days/week and use protein shakes and multi vitamins..
Im thinking of using superdrol (a friend used it and liked the gains), but the problem is I wanan drop fat/looseweight/get cut and not bulk up.
I'm getting a fatburner to aid me with this but I'm wondering if superdrol would be beneficial to cutting? Im thinking since it helps build muscles and muscles burn fat it be good but I dont wanna go higher than 275.. my goal weight is 245-250.. please help/input...
