Hi
Im 37 years old im 6'2" 210 lbs right now i have been cutting for the past 3 months now my BF is down to 12% but for the past 3 weeks now nothing as changed.I really would like to get down to 10%BF or lower before fall but its getting harder.Right now im eating around 280g/P 120g/C and 100g(heathy fats)/F.I have been training 4 days a week lifting heavy some days with some HIT and been playing a lot of tennis so have not been doing any cardio at the gym.
Some people say i should up my protein and lower my fat intake but since i keep my fat over 100g its been working good so far. What advice would you give me. thanks

I"d actually cycle the carbs a little. 120 g carbs for a big, active guy isn't a lot so your body may actually be seeing it as a little short on "burst energy fuel". At a minimum, do a scheduled refeed - I'd suggest doing a scheduled cheat meal once / week just to spike your carbs briefly and then get back to what you are doing. If you still feel like you're stalling, do a refeed x 2/week. On these days you can either just up everything for that one meal, or keep the total calories constant, but increase the carbs by a good amount, and reduce the fats by the same amount so the end results is no change in total cals.

Not its not, Its a ckd diet. My wife is doing it now. Can you at least explain why its a scam?

For starters it's a scam to pay for it. Carb Nite Solution didn't invent ckd. If you like ckd diets then cool. Explain why and your experience. If all you have to say is Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution, Carb Nite Solution.... Then i'm just gonna bash it for shits and giggles

I agree he didnt invent the diet but in the book he does a great job of explaining the science behind a ckd. The book is a steal at 20 bucks just for the food list and the meal plans. You can read the book online for free but for the ease of use having the book makes sense. Also I think when someone has success with a certain product they tend to promote it.

The reason I like it is mainly because of the freedom it brings regarding eating, the simplicity of sticking to the diet along with the awesome results I've seen by using it.

I fucking hated the whole "eat xyz every 3 hours or you'll not get any gains" I tried it and got fat.

Who doesn't love bacon, burgers, sausages, steaks and butter? One night a week (for me every 5 days due to how lean I now am) You can pretty much eat any carb you want. Donuts, cookies, ice cream...the more the better.

That's the exact reason why I enjoy it and from the results I've seen, I can't say it's a scam. A scam is taking money and giving nothing back for it, I fail to see where that is applicable to Keifer's work.

True, people tend to promote products they have success with but they also tend to explain why they think the product is good. You say he does a great job of explaining the science behind a ckd and has a good list of foods/meal plans plus it's relatively inexpensive. These are the reasons why you think the product is better than say, learning and doing it on your own. Simply saying it's just a simplified ckd diet with a premade list of foods/meal plans makes your response sound like an honest review instead of spam. Only saying, Carb Nite Solution is great! Is far more likey spam since they are hoping you'll google and go to the site.

By the way it is not free to read online. Only the first 3 chapters of the book are free to read online, and there is not enough information in those chapters to outline any kind of ckd diet. So yeah, they're in it for the money. I think it's worth mentioning that there are numerous places online where people can learn and make their own cdk diet for free.

I actually bought the book so my wife could understand what a ckd is. She wont sit in front of a computer like myself and research it for hours. Trust me I know what youre saying. Actually the entire book is uploaded online, I read the whole thing before I bought it.

If you still experience like you're slowing down, do a refeed x 2/week. On nowadays you can either just up everything for that one food, or keep the complete calorie consumption continuous, but improve the carbohydrates by a great deal, and decrease the body fat by the same quantity so the end outcomes is no modify in complete cals.
