Can someone please explaine to me these two folling excersises from the power/rep/shock routine...
Triceps- Single arm dumbell extension
Deltoids-"Cheat" lateral
I think I have an idea what these are but I am not to sure so it would be much appreciated if someone were to explaine them out for me
