Hi.I am Aloshan from Sydney , Australia.I have just entered the wonderful world of bodybuilding.I am a bit skinny.I would like to get hell built though.What process do I have to go through , what do I have to eat{specific foods}, how much training should I do a week, when should i have to take my rest periods{every 3 days??}and approximately how long should it take for muscle to show.I am 55kg and I am 16 years.

I'd say, keep reading, experiment. technique when lifting (strict)
rest when you want to. eat healthy when you are hungry.
Don't take anyone's word for gospel. (experiment)
Keep lifting. you have a long way ahead of you. :thumb:
 
im also from sydney australia, where bouts u from?

in terms of diet, u need to go to the diet thread, read the first few threads and research the whole forum, just keep reading and learning, as wrestlos mentioned. if you weigh 55kg, obviously you need to eat ALOT to gain mass, eat alot of protein, moderate carbs and moderate fats, but then again theres alot of diets so just read and see what suits ya

in terms of training obviously read through the training forum, get yourself a training split 45mins to an hour, start off by focusing on compound movements such as chestpress, chinups, squats etc (deffinatley dont neglect your legs like everyone does). to build mass stay between the 6-8 rep range do 3-4 sets per exercise.

But like wrestlos said just read this site inside out and youl be sorted
