Need help running Anavar

I just got done running 4 weeks of 60mg of Winny aday.. I am bow going to take Anavar tabs ( scared of needles)..Should I do 60mg a day as well? Also, what should I take with it? A PCT during or after? What kind?

I take- Nac...Magnesium citrate...fish oil..creatine..zinc

What else is needed?

I am 5'7 172 and 12% body fat

I only used a liquid based oral Var at 50mg per ml - I found 75mg a day to be my good spot - it was my first cycle, I used 400mg Test C and 75mg on Var daily - I was heavily into Gymnastics and body weight training at the time, I did not eat lot and got pretty ripped up and strong. I did not suffer in any way with Var - as for PCT, I cant comment as I was on TRT, I just upped the dose of test for the period I was on.
