To make a long story short, I gained too much weight on the off season and was set to do a show in a couple of weeks but had to back out. I was not lean enough and timing is just not right so I had no choice. I would like to drop last 8-10lbs more but not by doing 2 hours of cardio like I am now, I would need to drop around 12-15lbs to get into show shape but that is not my goal right now. I am not trying to get competition lean but would like to get a bit leaner and stay there for a while until I am ready to do another show when time permits. Currently i eating roughly around 1200-1300 calories with 1 cheat meal, and doing 2 hours of cardio a day...Any advice on dropping bodyfat without eating so little and so much cardio? I a. doing keto and am 124lbs
