Need help with diet and cardio please

To make a long story short, I gained too much weight on the off season and was set to do a show in a couple of weeks but had to back out. I was not lean enough and timing is just not right so I had no choice. I would like to drop last 8-10lbs more but not by doing 2 hours of cardio like I am now, I would need to drop around 12-15lbs to get into show shape but that is not my goal right now. I am not trying to get competition lean but would like to get a bit leaner and stay there for a while until I am ready to do another show when time permits. Currently i eating roughly around 1200-1300 calories with 1 cheat meal, and doing 2 hours of cardio a day...Any advice on dropping bodyfat without eating so little and so much cardio? I a. doing keto and am 124lbs

This is my current diet.

4 whites 2 yolks

1 scopp whey, 1 tblspn pb

4 oz lean protein 12 almonds

1 scoop whey, 1 tblspn pb

4 oz lean protein 12 almonds

4 whites, 2 yolks

I'm no expert but ... are you eating enough calories?
What kind of "whey protein" are you taking? An isolate, concentrate?
Where are your carbs? I get that you're going low-carb, but carb free?

I consider anything under 100g Low-Carb and anything under 50g per day carb depleted. I don't even think you have 25 carbs in your day.
 
2 hours of cardio is a bit much IMO- I would stick with HIIT training (high intensity interval training). You will burn more calories throughout the day then steady-state cardio (leads to lean muscle loss if you go too long).
