Hi, new to this forum and just joined to see if i could get some much needed help!
I'm 17 and very underweight, I think my BMI is 18! I have been weight training for around 3 months now and I've reached a point where my muscles simply won't develop anymore because I lack the appropriate mass. I really need help with my diet as I am simply not getting enough calories despite the fact that I think I am, it doesn't help that I have a high metabolism. Any help would be appreciated concerning how to put on weight, not an issue most people seem to have!
