need help...

hey guys, i'm in need of some advice...i've never been on gear before and was actually thinking of doing a cycle. i've been training on/off for just past 6 yrs now and have been training almost a year straight. i am 5'6", and my weight fluctuates between 160 - 165 lbs. i am 26 yrs old and started training back when i was 19 and weighed 135 lbs. i eat pretty clean and therefore stay pretty lean year round. i dont know if it will help but my stats are: chest: 43"
upper arms: 17"
forearms: 13.5"
waist: 30"
quads: 23"
calves: 15.5"
i've made pretty decent gains this past year with using whey as my only supplement, however i'm now looking to bulk up but stay lean at the same time. what do you guys recommend for my first cycle? i was looking into tren, but im not sure if thats good for first cycle and wether or not i should stack with something else. like i said, i would like to stay lean and not get the bloated look...any help or advice is greatly appreciated
 
nah, you sound ready, test E and EQ is a good first cycle, im on it now and its pretty good, 500mg test E and 600mg EQ should blow u up

i dont think recommending over a gram a week is a good idea for a first timer.. i havent went over a gram yet and im on my third cycle

try 400-500 mgs of test a week for 10 weeks... long esther

Bad advice telling someone to do over a gram a week of gear on his first cycle. The problem when stacking two different roids the first cycle is should you have a problem, you will not know which one of the roids is causing it. you should never stack your first cycle, neverless do a gram a week.

Poster get you some good old Test Enanthate or Test Cyp and do 500 mgs a week split in two doses.


Simple as that and make sure you have nolvadex on hand in case gyno flares up. Also you can use the nolva for PCT. Get your nolva from AG Guys here on this site.

i agree why burn out your receptor sites first go around. start small and build on it. solid advice imo tough
 
as i understand it, testosterone 500 mgs/wk for 10 wks and nolvadex for post cycle...what kind of gains am i looking at? also is creatine a good idea while cycling? thanks for the help guys, ive had guys tell me to go test enethate in the gym, but for some reason other guys in my gym totally hype up tren...

1) 10 weeks with a good diet can yield a good 10-15 lbs
1a) Don't be fulled by all these people who say I packed on 20-30 lbs of muscle from my cycle. Over half of that is most likely water. If you can get 10 lbs of LBM form the above cycle, that's great.
2) Yes nolva for PCT
3) Tren is for experience users. Can have a lot of sides.

A) 1st cycle Test @ 500 mgs / ew
B) 2nd cycle Test @ 500 and add a little D-bol wks 1-4 @ 25 mgs / ed
C) 3rd cycle Test @ 500 & stack with another injectable, Deca or EQ
D) 4th cycle Test @ ? plus some Tren if you want

You say off and on for training? Push yourself to your fullest natural potential and then consider other things.

either or but E is a little more powerful per 100 mgs. I'm using cyp right now and would never know the diff between the two if I was to inject one or the other if I didn't already know what it was.
