hey guys, i'm in need of some advice...i've never been on gear before and was actually thinking of doing a cycle. i've been training on/off for just past 6 yrs now and have been training almost a year straight. i am 5'6", and my weight fluctuates between 160 - 165 lbs. i am 26 yrs old and started training back when i was 19 and weighed 135 lbs. i eat pretty clean and therefore stay pretty lean year round. i dont know if it will help but my stats are: chest: 43"
upper arms: 17"
forearms: 13.5"
waist: 30"
quads: 23"
calves: 15.5"
i've made pretty decent gains this past year with using whey as my only supplement, however i'm now looking to bulk up but stay lean at the same time. what do you guys recommend for my first cycle? i was looking into tren, but im not sure if thats good for first cycle and wether or not i should stack with something else. like i said, i would like to stay lean and not get the bloated look...any help or advice is greatly appreciated
