Hey well a few of you will remember me from months ago when i would stay on here all hours of the day and night. Well happy to inform you that I completed my friendly visit at Parris Island back in November and wrapped up MCT at Camp Geiger in December. I am now doing my MOS school here in Pensacola. I havent lifted since like last august. I need a good routine to get me back going. What do ya'll suggest? Full body 3 days a week? do you think i will have any muscle memory since I only lifted for about a year? I will be pt'n 3 days a week with my company, but that'll be mostly cardio. Shoot me some ideas plzz. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Oh heres info for those who dont know me. I'm 6'3'' 200lbs. I am trying to gain strength and also tone up. I am horrible at squats ( so remember this when suggesting cause I will have to lift low weight to do them properly ).
And any runners please give me some advice on how to properly get back into my running condition. I was running 3+ every day and also doing a cardio workout called insanity, then went to training and we ran like 1.5 miles a couple times and a couple 3 milers... nothing special so I went from 3 miles in under 20 minutes to 23+... I also been wondering why is it i dont get outta breath running 3 miles but get so winded running moderate speeds at short distance. It may be that I don't control my breathing. Oh well thanks.
