Hey well a few of you will remember me from months ago when i would stay on here all hours of the day and night. Well happy to inform you that I completed my friendly visit at Parris Island back in November and wrapped up MCT at Camp Geiger in December. I am now doing my MOS school here in Pensacola. I havent lifted since like last august. I need a good routine to get me back going. What do ya'll suggest? Full body 3 days a week? do you think i will have any muscle memory since I only lifted for about a year? I will be pt'n 3 days a week with my company, but that'll be mostly cardio. Shoot me some ideas plzz. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Oh heres info for those who dont know me. I'm 6'3'' 200lbs. I am trying to gain strength and also tone up. I am horrible at squats ( so remember this when suggesting cause I will have to lift low weight to do them properly ).
And any runners please give me some advice on how to properly get back into my running condition. I was running 3+ every day and also doing a cardio workout called insanity, then went to training and we ran like 1.5 miles a couple times and a couple 3 milers... nothing special so I went from 3 miles in under 20 minutes to 23+... I also been wondering why is it i dont get outta breath running 3 miles but get so winded running moderate speeds at short distance. It may be that I don't control my breathing. Oh well thanks.

dude, you asked these same questions a hundred times this past year. you ask a question on how to train lift and run to be fitter..... then you reply to hundreds of posts like your a 60 year old world class coach that knows it all. you gave replies to running questions and lifting questions, bulk questions, and you're 23!!! how in the fuck does a 23 year old know it all???? now you come back and ask the same questions you asked a year ago. WTF!!!
do like i told you to do a year ago. ASK YOUR PT ARMY INSTRUCTOR..
all your efforts joining the us service is very much appreciated by the free americans, but you gotta get your act together.. stop wasting your time on forums like these and ask your instructor.... who also has access to even better coaches and instructors..
good luck

haha step, you crack me up chump.. your a no body. a old geezer that has nothing going and im in the Marine COrps u chump ass scum. And the questions replied to starting back up after not doing much for a while.. and please dont tell me to get my act together you obiece piece of shit, get a life you desk jockey. While your selling insurance or whatever the fuck you do, im supporting the greatest fighting force in the world which lets ur fat ass eat cup cakes and watch hockey you douche.

First of all, chill the fuck down. And ease up on the whole I'm in the military so I can talk shit on anyone else who isn't. I'm in the fucking army, and if you're just now in MOS school you ain't done shit son. Talk to me after a deployment or two. Don't come in asking fucking questions and then blow the fuck up because you don't like the answer you get.

Can we talk like adults please. This is a forum, not Jerry Springer.

Stepaukas is about as subtle as a machinegun shaped like a cock, but he has a point - if you have the free facility of a military standard PT then i would make full use of him rather than asking strangers on the internet.
