need suggestions

How should I set up this cycle. I have the following:
winny V
test prop
Deca.

I have a good bit of it.

5'11
210
10% bf

I just got through cutting, dropped 21 pounds of fat with a strict diet and cardio.
My plan is to put on as much Lean Muscle as possible without gaining to much fat.
I plan to keep eating super clean, but just more calories. I was eating 1680 while cutting, but plan to up it to 3500 - 4000.
I have done plenty of cycles, but this is my first time using test pro and deca.
Any help is appreciated in advance.

I want to get the most out of my gear.

I want to get the most out of my gear.

deca works best with a hypercaloric diet. personally I don't see the point of deca/winstrol in the cycle. there is no synergistic effect with those compounds
 
I was trying to get a suggestion on that also. I was thinking 8 to 10 weeks.
I was thinking test pro and deca the entire time with winny at the last 1/2.

then winny eod 150, the last 1/2

LAM- would the deca and winny be a total waste with test pro?

Deca is mainly used on bulking cycles, and you will hold some water, which wouldn't be conducive to cutting. Winny also is only good when your bf% is very low and it's your diet that determines the cutting, not the winny.

I actually got a lot of info from a thread you had post Redspy-NPP by Big Andy.

As for my diet it is strict, no crap like Sonic or McDonalds.
Boiled egg whites, Bake chicken breast, tuna, etc, with clean carbs and a few almonds here are there.
 
I want to get bigger, if I bloat with it so be it. I will worry about cutting after the cycle.

When your on gear and bulking, you can be less strict with your diet, but the important thing is to eat big so you can bulk as much as possible while on. You will put on some bf, but like you said, you can cut after PCT. Just make sure you actually do cut in between cycles rather than just let your bf increase, or you run a higher risk of sides like gyno.
 
Cool. I am going to shoot the test prop EOD @150 instead over ED @ 100.
I will run the test prop all the way thru, start with the deca and then mid way end with winny v.

quick question, is 150 EOD a good amount of test prop or should it be up'd more?
