Hello all, i been working so hard for the past 5-6 weeks. Gain 8lb and dont want to stop anytime soon. Next week i'm on vaction in Dominican Republic, one of those all included trips. Been told a lot of things, like dont eat dairy products, they dont treat the milk the same way as us.

Just wondering if anyone has tips on what not to eat, to eat...not sure what the meat is like. It would be good to have a week off from BB, but i want to keep my eating habits. Should i still do little workouts in my room? or relax for the week?

thanks for the time
jay

Pushups, Crunches, Dips, and just flex the hell outta your entire body. :) lol uhh and about the meat, you'll possibly get sick.. dont eat a ton entil your used to it. Along with the other shit down there. No manufactured shit.

Why not have a rest week? I m going to the Mayan Riveria in Jan and plan to take atleast a week off from training, my body needs a rest and that is the perfect opportunity to do so! Oh ya, the all inclusives food-you never know unless you've stayed their before. Just be cautious of what you eat. (added salt, oil and fats!) Ive travelled to other countries wher they practically cook everything in oil, it was so greasy!:barf: Eggs and fruit are always a safe choice!

Ok great, yeah i think im going to take a week off from training. Just wondering about the food there. Guess ill be careful with everything.
It will be a good time to work on my tan :hot:

thanks

 Real tans are great! Here in Canada we're usually stuck with tanning beds for 9 month out of the year!

I'd stick with bottled water... just make sure the seal hasn't been broken cause I hear sometimes they'll refill the bottles with tap water.
