New and know nothing

Hello everyone!! I am new to the site and to using exercise equipment.

I had a back injury several years ago and my muscles have gone away due to no use. I recently bought a used Weidery 9940 Pro. Today, I finished putting it together. It did not come with a CD or book for exercises. I need a book or CD on how to use the exercise stations. Can anyone help? Thank You
