Tryen to step to the next level. I'm a natty BB lingering for months learning as much as I can.

I think I'm ready for the next step.

5'11 201 as of today.

Been stuck here for about a year hopping to push past 201 with as little help as needed. Both my parents are 150ish I think I pushed far past what I should have been doing it with food.

Help would be great.
