Hi all !

So my name is Jason, I'm 23 years old and I have been training on and off (yes I know, shame on me) for about 5 years. I have had my share of ups and downs when it comes to muscle gain and fat gain and I am making the best progress I have ever made in the past few months now that my diet is down perfect.

Thank you Built, I have read a few of your posts and you seem to be very knowledgeable.

I am able to grow every muscle in my body except my biceps, triceps and forearms. Is that genetics ? Or should I be looking at my training? It seems like my diet is spot on as everything else is growing well.
 
However you're training them, change it. If you're doing low volume, do high. If you're not training them on the same day as legs, start.

I have never trained them with legs because legs usually kills me, but I will begin doing it, thanks :)
