Hi everyone im new to this site. I am 5'6 170 currently 13% bodyfat. I have been lifting on and of since I was in Highschool. A car accident broke my back in my 20's I have fully recovered except for I have to be carefull of how I train do to lots of pain afterwords because of bone spurs. I am very excited to read what all of you have to say.
