New to real roids. opinions please.

Hey whats up guys. im 28 202lbs. 21% bf. 5'11''. carry all the extra fat in stomach and moobs. trying to atleast get rid of as much fat in chest and whatever in stomach i know u cant target fat loss so whatever, i lost 63lbs this last year been stuck at 202 since for about 4 months now. body fat staying the same. do more cardio about 45 to and hour usually 10+ incline 3.5mph. atlernate that with running for 3-5 minutes every 10-15 mins in there. but anyway im looking to put on more muscle and try to cut more fat. so im about to do a cycle of sustanon and trenbolone e. ive researched alot for months and have friends that do the stuff. only thing is so many mixed opinions out there about if tren really does help with fat loss or not. what do u guys think? will the cycle help break where ive been stuck. and does tren really cut you up?
 
DO NOT USE TREN or any other form of AAS!!!

It will not help you with your fat loss. No AAS will help you with that kind of fat loss. It will actually do the opposite in most cases. There is no short cut to fat loss. Monitor your calorie intake. Unless you have some sort of glandular disorder. It is impossible to not lose weight if you eat under maintenance calories.

Also unless you are very experienced and near perfect with your diet you will not be able to build muscle while losing fat. It is entirely possible and yes it can be done. But 99% of people do not have the nutrition knowledge not to mention the discipline to stay on track.

Keep working on your fat loss. Bring it down to under 12% train hard for 2 years. If you still want more then come back. More like if you have not quit yet. There is a peice of the puzzle missing here. Either you have other health issues or your not monitoring your Macro intake. Either way there is no reason for you to go on gear. You are the reason gear users get a bad rap. It's not a quick fix but rather a bonus for the ones that have proven they are worth it.

Please do not buy any form of AAS. Adjust your training to include weight lifting. Take a look at your diet. Weight loss is 90% diet and 10% training.

Roids is a derogatory term IMO. Whenever someone uses that term to describe what we do, I know they are a complete fucking moron and have no idea what they are in for. The person is more than likely going to do more harm than good and has no business even looking at a steroid let alone putting it in his or her body.

probably not what you wanted to hear, right? I got the same response on my first post because i am in the same boat. i decided to forgo my delusions of grander that taking an AAS would melt the fat away and turn me into a hulk in a matter of weeks. that being said, what i took from all the reading and advise i got from good guys like Raysd and SoCal was to get my lifestyle in order because thats what this really is. I have been on a strict diet, watching macros and training 6 days a week for the last 7 weeks. Ive actually gained 1lb, maybe i just need to shit... but i lost 4% bodyfat according to this machine that i am sure is way off of actual BF% but its consistently inaccurate (if you can make sense of that) and my bodyfat has been going down in small increments. Whilst doing all this and seeing results i am also educating myself, ive read more in the past few weeks on this forum than i did my entire high school career. When the time is right, ill pop the cork but until then im just a newb in training.

oh, and im not going all natural...i did get some T3 and Clen to help the process along :winkfinger:
 
There is an actual study that proves steroids don't work as well at higher bodyfat. The leaner you are, the more they work. This is actual science. Lose the weight without hormones, then hit the gas and grow muscle.
 
21%.....no no no....listen to these guys. Diet and cardio for the next year. Not what you want to hear but....hey, it's the truth.
