Hey, like i said i'm new to this and i am wanting to gain weight and build muscle.. I have thought about using steroids or some other form to get me started.. I am a skinny what some would call a runt.lol. But, im 6ft 4in and i weigh around 150.. I have a high metabolism is would seem cause i eat like crazy i would think.. I am really skinny. I would like to widen out my frame if thats correct term. Forgive me im new to this but really would like to gain weight and turn it into muscle.. So if i could have help into figuring out what i would need to get start gaining weight and what i would need as far as a steroid to accelerate the process.. I have never worked out, but i am willing but im afraid without an acclerator to help me i would give up.. Please help if u have the time... Thanks

We can help.... But steroids are not for you, at least not for a few years.

You need to learn how to train properly and

Learn how to eat properly to gain mass.........

You say your skinny and don't work out, if you started working out and eating 6 meals a day, you would accomplish your goals.

AGE?

There is a natural section here. Visit that as well as the diet and training sections. Steroids will do more harm than good for you right now.

Ryder your going to need a good training Scheduale and a good Bulk Diet. No steroids for years, trust me you do not need them for a few years. You will be suprised how big and ripped you can get with a good diet and exercise routine.

If you need help PM me and i can help you out with a diet and exercise program and we can stay in touch to help make sure you progress.

No steroids for you yet bro. Your weight cleary shows that you dont know how to eat right and how to train properly.

Research proper bulking diets.

Look for a good beginners training program with a lot of compound exercises.

Please visit the training and diet sections.

dude being a noob is awesome....the first year of lifting you can do no wrong...the body is in shock and wants to grow and adapt

just lift hard within reason....eat a bunch but not to much...rest....youll be much bigger in a year

IVe been 6ft 4in since I was 14yrs old and I was 155lbs. dedicate yourself to learning proper trraining and diet before jumping into this. you will only be doing yourself a favor in the long run. now im almost 40yrs old and 235lbs. proper training and diet will help you to look good and feel good but also live a happy healthy and long life. If your gonna take the big boy vitamins crawl before you run, educate yourself, and take in the advise from the people who really know, not some knucklhead down the street. and read the sticky's my man gotta put up your stats (age, height , weight, history, etc.)

Another tall guy here... Stay natty for as long as possible until your gains completely stop. My first 1.5 years of training I grew like a weed and I was completely natty. Listen to everyone when we say, at this stage, you REALLY DON'T NEED THEM. Ultimately no one can make the decision for you, but some things I wish I would have understood better when I began my journey would be:

1.) Diet...nuff sed

2.) You're not going to look like Arnold even after a year of training. And because you are a natural ecto, you are at a disadvantage. You have a loooong way to go. You would need to be about 220 before you would even begin to look like you work out. You have a lot of weight to gain. Look at lou ferrigno... He was 6'5" 275 pounds competition weight compared to guys who were 6'1" and 245 and their symmetry was nearly identical.

3.) 95% of supplements are pure garbage. Stick with the basic staples.

Not trying to be discouraging, just realistic. The journey is long and arduous, but begins with a single step... /corny

Either you want it or you don't want it. Time will tell... If you don't want it you will stay weak, frail, and pathetic. You will make no gains. Your diet will be shit. You won't be getting enough rest. On the other hand, if you truly desire to change your life for the better, you have to give it everything you have. There is no shortcut for dedication and desire. That's what drives me day in and day out...not steroids.

Diet, diet, diet....eat a LOT. More than you ever have. Eat until your get sick. You have a lot of growing and learning your own body before you ever touch gear.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
get on a really good diet, good routine and remember... consistency is the key my brother!

gains will come.patience and hard work go A LONG way!

be healthy my man

Training tears up muscle, Nutrition feeds/repairs muscle, sleep grows muscle. It`s a circle. Train/Eat/Rest. Try that for a few years and when you`ve gain 30 or so lbs and your gains are slowing down, then consider drugs. You`ll thank yourself soon enough when you have to buy bigger shirts.

When I started working out I was 105lbs - 5' 9" and now (5 years later) I'm 165lbs. It has been a lot of hard work, proper diet, natural supplements and no steroids at all. You can do it, but like everyone is saying, it's going to take a long time and main thing is to COMMIT to a plan. Good luck!

I gained 60lbs before I decided to even think about using. From the age of 16 and pulled the trigger at 26 to commit all the way. I did take 10mg of winny though at 23 thinking it would help me train before I went to Iraq but I ran it for 3 weeks and didnt see shit, so i tossed it.

Learn to eat. you say you can eat allot but I promise you your not eating properly. Your eating food that give your body not value to grow probably. Are you eating enough red meat? I would be looking at that one. When I wanted to grow all I hate was lean cuts of red meat. How many carbs are you eating a day. How often do you eat? Are you ever hungry during the day? Those are questions you have to ask your self. When I bulk if I am hungry I don't wait to eat I eat. At am minimum of every two hours.

Adding gear also with out a proper diet will only throw more money away.

Couldn't put it any better a virgin body has great potential, its like art work because everything will change so dam fast for him and results will keep him going unless hes just a lazy ass. haha
