Hello all, I'm 37, 6', 200 lbs, ~14% bf, working out for 6 months, lost 50 pounds since May.
I plan on doing a modified version of OldSchoolLifter's Lean Mass Beginner Cycle. I have never used steroids before and I'm wanting to try 1 cycle to kick this up a notch and see what happens.
Here is what I have on order and will be sending off for tonight:
The Cycle
1-8 Testodex Enanthate 500mg/wk ( Inject 2 x Per Week ie; Mon/Thurs )
1-8 Stanodex 10 30mg/ed
PCT
8-10 Clomid 75mg/ed
11-12 Clomid 50mg/ed
My concerns aren't quite as much will this give me a lot of bulk as much as, will doing this for 8-12 weeks with what I have listed give me any kooky ass recovery? Having never done it before, with normal testosterone levels, a good head of hair, no acne to speak of, and a relatively even mood set can I expect to bounce back to normal levels within a month or so without having to worry about any lasting damage I did to myself?
Also, if I am missing something important I should be taking beside the 3 things I will be taking, or the times I should be taking them, please let me know. My diet will consist of a lot of chicken, fish, egg whites, Weight Watchers lunches, 1 soda per day, minimal alcohol, and a cheat day here and there.
I will make a progress thread with lots of pics when I start this, which I hope will be within 2 weeks. Thank you all in advance.
