newb needing advice

Well heres my stats first

5'9
205lbs
15-16%bf
29 years old
1 years straight at the gym
8 years off and on

back ground

i have done 3 cycles so far


first was a dumb one and was homebrewed knew nothing what i was doing but did tren ace/ test prop for 8 weeks with a terrible pct

that was 5 years ago gained a shit ton of strength but didnt eat right and didnt lift right so i lost it all and gained some fat off of it.

3 years ago i finally did research and did test e at 500 for 10 weeks gained about 15lbs and kept about 10 of it, pct was in check and blood levels were normal after 6 weeks after pct.

2 years ago did test e/eq/dbol for 12 weeks with hcg before pct and nolva after, had to get some adex half way through due to gyno systems which quickly went away. blood levels were normal and everything was in check, but got hurt and had to quit the gym for a year.

present day, i have not been on any cycle since then. When i started at the gym i was 255lbs with 26%bf, after a year of working out and dieting i am down to 205 and 15%bf, i am planning a cycle for after i get back from vacation in december, so basically the new year and looking to stock pile some stuff for then, my goal is to be <10% bf and still weigh in around 205-215 range. also looking for the strength increase as my 1rm is pathetic to me. (255lbs bench, 335lbs squat, 385lbs dead)

anyways looking at doing a 12 week cycle with test e/var/win but not to sure on the win due to the joint pain and i really dont need to get shredded to fast as i am not doing any comps in the near future. also i hate pinning every day so i want to stay away from the short ethers and go with the longer lasting ones.

was thinking about doing test/dbol/eq again but always into hearing something that could get me a little further then that. Kinda want to try tren but dont like the chance of the gyno side since i am prone to it and i know tren is one of the bigger on the side effects.

anyways sorry long post, looking forward to hearing advice.
 
The cycle I am on right now is not to bad and loving it.. I wouldn't do that many orals unless you are contest prep. No point to put your body through that and depending on where you get your var it may be fake. Var is expensive and myself I wouldnt run var until I am a little lower on bf. Just my pref...

I am currently doing...

1g test
600 deca
60 dbol
50 proviron
12.5 aromasine eod.

No bloat at all and strength is through the roof. I think the proviron kept the dbol bloat down. Size has increased allot and what I have notice the most is the extra fat tissue I had in my chest is going away. I am at 12% right now... My liftings have gone up. I am playing around easily with the 100lb dbs on military press 125 (max we have) on incline press. Squating 405 for reps. and incline flying 80's. This is by far the best cycle I have ever done so far. I am really partial to dbol. I plan to toss in 100mg of drol this week as well. I was suppose to start with drol but it was bunk :(. As for being on two orals yup its not good to do, but its the chance I am going to run to win my first contest. No one knows who I am who competes, but I plan to show up and take the show as a Novice middle weight.

ive heard good things about deca, and yes i do agree with you on the orals espically since my enzyme levels go way up on orals, hence the reason i looked into this stuff in the first place, Prohormones were just tearing me up. I can handle 60mg of dbol just fine though.

and ive read extremely mixed reviews on var, some say to use when bf is lower and some say to use to cut at a higher bf% var and winny sound like a good combo as far as stacking looks for cuts but i hate joint pain, it almost makes me not want to lift when i have it.
 
only time i will ever take winny is two weeks prior to show. It affects me to much, i just don't see the hype with var unless your low on BF. I love Dbol with proviron or look into Tbol. but I am pretty partial to dbol.
 
Test and tbol would be a good cut with minimal sides and water retention, var works too but less anabolic and more expensive. Run a good dose of test and a dry oral, and put all the rest of your thought into diet and cardio bro. The gear part is pretty simple, just focus on making sure you are in a nice caloric deficit each day and you train hard
 
I'm going to soon be running test prop, ECA and some t3, maybe some clen too, trying to cut down from 255 about 20%bf

Thanks for giving us the run down on you'r stats and stuff.
The only problem with running EQ is it works very slow and most people who run it like 16-20 wks and you indicated you want to run 12.
So IMO that isnt a option.
You can go far on a test only cycle but I would suggest you raise you'r dose at wk #8 so you can keep growing.
Dont mess with winny and like what was mentioned it's hard to find really good var and it's expensive when you do.
Deca helps joints but some people experience some bloat with deca.
Make sure you have you'r ai planned, HCG in hand and a very good PCT all planned out.
Trens not so bad as long as you have caber. I use it ALWAYS when I do tren OR deca.
Test & tren to me is a perfect cycle for many reasons. You can do anything with it depending on you'r training and diet.
If you need more help just let me know.
I can also give my opinion on who has quality gear.
 
well have done research thanks to this thread. Decided against var since i didnt realize how hard it is to get a reputable source, even though i think i have one i dont want to risk it. So now how does this sound


biggest question i have is should i go tbol or dbol, ive done dbol i think at 50mg ed with no side effects and lots of strength increase for the kickstart
 
You're trying to cut bf yes?

If so, stay away from dbol
