With 20% body fat @ 255lbs. I know my body fat is still high but I carry it around my mid section which I'm dieting and doing cardio 5x a week to lose more body fat. Would this be a good newbee cycle?
Week's 1-12 10mg Nolva a day
Week's 1-10 400mg EQ weekly
Week's 1-10 500mg Test-E weekly
Week's 13 40mg Nolva daily, 100mg Comid daily
Week's 14 30mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid daily
Week's 15 20mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid daily
Or go with a cycle that was posted here some time ago.

Week's 1-10 Test-E 500mg per week
Week's 1-10 Deca 400mg per week
Week's 1-6 Dbol 30mg daily
Week's 11-12 HCG 1500IUs 3x per week
Week 13 HCG 1500IUs 2x per week
Day's 1 Clomid 300mg
Day's 2-14 Clomid 100mg daily
Day's 15-28 Clomid 50mg daily
Day's 1-28 Nolva 20mg daily

Or a good cutting cycle
Week's 1-10 Test-E 500mg weekly
Week's 1-10 Tren 75mg daily
Week's 5-10 Winny 50mg daily
Weeks 9-10 HCG 1500IUs 3x a week
Week 13 rest of post cycle same as above

Any good advice I will take into great consideration. :)

I wouldn't start a cycle until you drop your bf. Whats your lifting experience, age, etc.
 
I agree. The drugs aren't magic and proper diet will get you the results you want. If you decide you must use steroids, all you need is Test, HCG, Nolva and an anti-aromatase (arimidex or aromasin). Hold off on any other steroid.

1500 iu of HCG three times a week is WAY too much. 200 iu every other day starting week 2 and stoping just before pct starts is fine.

Steroids will not accelerate your fat loss, but they will cause side effects. Also, you will likely gain fat during pct. Diet is the key.
 
Thanks for the info, if I do I will use Test only, then PCT.
 
Age 39 lifted a lot through out the years, steady for the last 2 years with a few months of a break. I know diet is the key and that I???m working on 6 days a week and cheat 1 day a week but I don't over do it. I work out Mon,Wed,Fri on weights, I do cardio Mon,Tue,Thur,Sat.
 
at 39 maybe your in line for HRT so you wont even need the test
