I just began working out and have seen a trainer at the gym I go to. He's put me on a low carb(100 g per day with a 300 g cheat day), 150 g per day protein diet. I went to GNC and bought the Twin-Lab ripped fuel protein shake.
My first question is, whats your opinion on twinlab? Ive seen other threads re: protein shakes, and it wasnt mentioned. And how do you fix up a shake to make it half way decent tasting? Is it ok to mix with skim milk?
Second, where can I find (on the net) easy recipes for low carb, high protein meals?
