Hey guys
, i'm 6' 155lbs, my goal is to gain 20 pounds, i know its going to take time, but i'm ready to put forth the commitment, I just recently started working out at home, i bought some multi vitamins and weight gainer to help add to my calorie intake. My question is what are some of the exercises i should be focusing on to enhance my muscle and weight gains? As well as the amount of sets/reps for each exercise. Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated, i'm really trying to increase my low confidence. Thanks
