I wanna run a cycle to get me cut down. I started my diet and a training with 45 min cardio before i leave gym. Im 6 ft 2 255 lbs and 31 yrs old not sure what my bf is but its high. I wanna run cycle but never ran one before. What do u guys recommend for a cycle and in what measurements should i use it. I was told by buddy run winny but i have read here that just winny is bad. I did notice some already pre made stacks out there on another site So what do you guys think
