I'm still trying to figure out my refeeding. Mostly I can go 3 days on under 30 complex carbs then refeed on day 4. But this week i got that tired lethargic feeling after 2 days. Is this my body telling me to refeed? Should i follow my usual schedule or how my body feels? By the way i went to the bakery and got a loaf of fresh out of the oven tuscany bread and had grilled chicken and grilled steak sandwches for the remainder of my meals, ate the whole loaf and man was it good.Felt great the next morning and started back to the under 30g carbs. Give me some opinions if you think i'm on the right track.
