I pinned 3 IU of novos this morning about 3 hrs ago. now my left hand feels like its got needles poking it everywhere, is this normal?

Yup that's a good sign. Your dose is too high. Start at 2iu ED and feel it out. Slowly ramp up the dose.

Right now it's anabolic warehouse pharmtropin. I have a few hundred ius of hygetropins on the way which I'll be running from there on out. I didn't think I'd notice much at first but the fat burning and recomp effects are visible already! I'm at 245 with visible abs! Gh really is as god as people say lol!!
