I am not too keen on HST as I try never to lift lower than by rm %.
That is to say if my rm for a set of 15 is 40 % I want to lift at least that 40 % and not spend the best part of 2 weeks lifting lower. Doing the hst routine is a bit risky , i think, as I might find after many months I am no stronger or even weaker.
I always try to lift heavier each week - never lower.
