obliques need some help

i am very aware of this,i have been doing cardio 4-5 times a week,plus weights for hour and half,i have a goal to reach by august,...thought maybe some one had some good suggestions
 
If you dont want a muffin top then you need to do more cardio and eat as clean as possible. If youve got love handles now you can do as much oblique work as you want and you're never going to SEE the results untill you get your body fat down quite a bit. Its like those people with big guts who try to crunch their way to a six pack but don't change their diet or do any cardio. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Im in the same boat as you in a way because when I put on any fat the first place my body likes to store it is in my love handles so I have to get my body fat percentage down really low to get rid of that.
