My friend suggested a certain High Intensity Training (HIT) routine that he said he had been getting good results from. But i dont know if i even believe the guy that it works. He said that you do 8-12 reps of ONE SET of each of the following all in one work out:
legs (say half 2 exercises max)
back
shoulders
chest
other half of legs (2 max)
bi's
tri's
Do it 3 times a week. keep in mind each is ONE SET of 8-12 reps... And youre supposed to do all this all in under 15 min. Sounds absolutely ridiculous to me.
I dont see how this would work when everyone else typically does 15-20 sets (from what i have seen) of ONE BODY PART PER WORKOUT!!
