Since you are new to the PCT concept this probably didn't make sense.

Clomid @ 100/100/75/50

1st week 100 mg Clomid per day
2nd week 100 mg Clomid per day
3rd week 75 mg Clomid per day
4th week 50 mg Clomid per day

Aromasin @ 25/25/12.5/12.5

1st week 25 mg Aromasin per day
2nd week 25 mg Aromasin per day
3rd week 12.5 mg Aromasin per day
4th week 12.5 mg Aromasin per day

So stop Deca, 1 more week of sus, HCG for 3 weeks, then start the PCT as shown above.

From GMO's post....Because you ran a 19-nor (Deca), you would also be better served to pin HCG at 1000iu-2500iu eod in between your last shot of sus and the start of your PCT.

I would suggest that you research how to reconstitute HCG. There is a sticky thread about it link below.

This is incorrect for a cycle consisting of a 19-nor. Do not use nolva and 3 weeks of hcg pinned EOD.
