How much omega 3 oils should I get a day? My trainer wants me to start taking it as he has eliminated mostly all dietary fat
-except for 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter and omega 3 oils, as well as the fats that occur naturally in foods that I am permitted to eat. He has also increased my consumption of tuna and salmon (blehhhhh).
I should mention that I am on a low carb diet and preparing for a contest.
